Do I need a payment card to start the trial?
No. You create your account and clinic and start straight away, with no payment details.
Is the software in Arabic?
Yes. The whole interface is in right-to-left Arabic and in English, and you can switch at any time.
Does it work without the internet?
The Windows and Android apps keep working during an outage and sync when the connection returns. The browser version needs an internet connection.
Is the drug list Egyptian?
Yes. More than 25,064 drugs from the Egyptian drug database (May 2026), with trade and generic names.
Can more than one person in the clinic use it?
Yes. Invite your team and give each person a role: administrator, doctor, receptionist or accountant, each with its own permissions.
Does it suit my specialty?
